Rookie lifeguarding and sea swim safety sessions available this Summer. Teaching your kids to be safer whilst in and around the beach. These invaluable swim sessions have seen hundreds of children learn how to reduce and help prevent the risk of accidents and what to do in the event of one.
Sunday 5th July 2026, 9:00am – 10:00am. From Avon Beach, Christchurch, Dorset BH23 4AN.
£20.00 per child / Sibling discount available.
Join our Rookie lifeguard instructors, open water coaches, swim teachers and beach lifeguards as we teach vital beach skills to keep your little ones safer on the beach. This is taught through interactive games and discussions before entering the sea to cement the skills children are taught in the pool and build confidence whilst swimming in the sea.
